The starter was a disappointment. The spare ribs were awful, the prawn toast was soggy and the spring rolls were medioca at best.The special fried rice was lovely to be fair, best I've had for a long time and I enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken too.Shame the starter was so poor, otherwise I would have given a glowing review

The Best Chinese I've ever been to,Great service long running owner Lovely Food Good prices what more can i say I've been going to Merit Chinese for about 8 years as its my local chinese but I've been to many Chinese before never topped this place, im always so happy with it
