Wen on the Italian Bread making Course last Sunday. The bakery is an amazing place to be in. A working bakery turned into a training environment for the day. There were only 3 of us on the course that day, it was Covid safe and ultra clean. We were all fully instructed throughout the day and Patrick Crabtree's knowledge and teaching method is outstanding. I went on the baguette making course. I have to say it was great! I would recommend it to anyone . I am booked on the others . Patrick is a great teacher and is very approachable, so you don't feel intimidated.

Was gifted a bread making course for the day and had an excellent time. Facilities were great, nice and clean, and the teaching was practical and theoretical. Snacks and refreshments were always offered and the lunch we made was outstanding. Everything you make is yours to take home as well as the recipes.I'll definitely be back in the future for another day!
