The staff is friendly and asks if you want salt and vinegar without asking. chips are nice also curry sauce, when it comes to the fish it then goes down hill, the fish has the skin still on, the batter is too heavy and wasn't fully cooked through. just holds too much oil - i had to take it off and the skin to eat the fish. then had to get a wipe to get oil off my hands. very disappointed with the fish. would i return unlikely for that reason.
Fish needs longer or oil needs to be hotter as there's always a white layer of batter next to the fish. Fish itself is lovely.Last time I went I tried the chicken NEVER again. It was NOT battered and you could smell the cooking oil on it. Also to me a chicken breast doesn't have bones. This had ribs and a wing attached.Personally best thing is pattie/chips.
