Fantastic iv not been in for years, there was so many I knew, one thing upset me a very young lady come outside and was so abrupt to an older lady who was having a smoke ,now i know there both bar staff ? it was disgusting how she spoke to her .
Close to Hull city football ground so great place for a pre match pint. Hull fans made especially welcome. Great prices on beer, excellent choice of pints. Couldn't believe the price of the beer midweek, cheapest in the area. Great atmosphere, especially when matches are on sky sports. Love this pub.

Good pub but unfortunately never staffed properly during busy times such as pre match Hull City games ,needs to employ more bar staff and open the bar in the other room to maximise its full potential , the extra sales would easily cover the additional bar staff , IMO .
