Recently stayed at The Grand, went into both the bar for evening drinks & the restaurant for their breakfast service. Evening drinks were very pleasant with a chilled atmosphere & friendly staff. The bar itself was also very nice to sit & have a drink. The breakfast service was great with all the food choices you could wish for. Presented nicely & all tasted good, especially considering it was a self service buffet. Staff at breakfast were also brilliant & extremely efficient.
Sunday lunch at Cyan restaurant was recommended to me recently and as all our family including our one year old grandchild were staying with us in Brighton, we decided it was a likely to be a good place to go. All of us loved it. We were placed at an ideal table for the seven of us in the beautiful space that Cyan offers. Portions are huge Staff are so lovely Quality and presentation is stunning We ate twice here in our 3 night stay. Very impressed. Chefs know their stuff Don’t know why it’s not busier!
