We popped in here for a drink and got excellent service from friendly and knowledgable bar staff.We tried a couple of tasters of beers before settling on our order.Felt like a better experience than when I was last there... For what it's worth ...the other people on their breakfast and drinks deal all seemed to be having a good time at midday on a Saturday.

This place is very nicely styled and decorated! There’s pool and table tennis available and it’s an independent pub which is great to see. We had drinks and food - the pub clearly cares about having a variety of interesting beers and ciders, there’s an extensive wine menu too. The guy at the bar seemed well informed and told me about a new cider they’d just got in!! The food menu was simple but good and they offered various burgers and sides with plenty of vegan options....read full review

Went into north Laine the other evening and had a pleasant welcome from the staff they were lovely and hilarious. Tried the Laines beers for the first time which were incredibly refreshing and tasty. We then ordered the chicken po boy and cauliflower wings which were so well cooked and delicious. Thank you to the staff for making our trip there so much fun would recommend to anybody
