My favourite pub for many a year; a pub that refuses to modernise. I mean, the beer and food are up to date, but the vibe (and the ceiling) are definitely lo-fi. Sadly, it's just about to change management, so who knows what will become of it.
A hidden gem near by the train station, we were geeted with a lovely warm welcome, great choice of food which was enjoyed by myself and group of friends who all ordered different meals and all found to be excellent. Highly recommended Val and friends

A proper boozer with proper Brighton characters behind the bar, all super friendly and helpful & great choice of ales & beers.You don't find authenticity like this often these days, so enjoy it while you can. Definitely a pub for a return and prolonged visit.
