What a feast we had in The Chimney House at 7Dials in Hove. Oh my. We decided on a range of starters as a kind of tapas experience rather than main course. Special of the day was a glorious soup (on a determinedly rainy day) cauliflower, blue cheese, crushed hazelnuts, and cream. We began with that – who wouldn’t want to have soup on such a lunchtime? Brilliant food, as always, aged pork chop big enough to sink a ship with delicious cavolo Nero and amazing gratineed potato in a fantastic savoury sweet jus. Really memorable food - a chef knows what he's about.

Everything was absolutely amazing . Staff very friendly and welcoming food was delicious!!But didn't have much of a selection of gins and also the menu was very small so not much to choose from
