We’ve been waiting to try out The Geese for weeks and it certainly didn’t disappoint us. Lovely friendly bar staff and the waiters , who were also super busy were very efficient too. The roast beef was superb, roast potatoes were dark & crispy and the Yorkshire pudding was fantastic. Daughter said her veggie sausage was also excellent, great vegetables too. Too full up to try dessert but we have rebooked to try out the sausage & mash menu.
Popped in today with my partner and had one of the best Sunday roasts ever. The pork belly just melts in the mouth and the roast potatoes, gravy and Yorkshire are to die for. Sticky toffee and cheesecake were excellent, great staff and ambience. Wil make many return visits!

It’s so nice to finally go to a pub restaurant where the staff are genuinely happy that you’re there and want you to have a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious - it’s genuinely the best roast I’ve had in Brighton or London. Every element of it was great. We had 2 roast beef’s, pigs in blankets and cauliflower cheese. Absolutely loved it - such a great experience.
