I visited this restaurant this afternoon with my daughter and felt obliged to write a review. The restaurant manager greeted us, and despite the restaurant being extremely busy (and not having a booking), she managed to contour up a table for two within minutes. Thank you. The food was served promptly and was delicious. The king prawn linguini had a delicate warmth from the chilli, and my daughter's spaghetti pesto was devoured! Completely unfriendly waitress who doesn't even say hello and prefers not to be disturbed by the guests while looking at her mobile phone. Only 20 minutes after placing our order were we told that some ingredients were missing, so unfortunately I had to order something else. Annoying, because I only chose this restaurant because of the pasta with salmon. So my husband and the children ate alone and when everyone had finished, my food arrived. A pretty poor visit. We had a late lunch, booked for 2pm and it was fairly quiet. Tiny table for 4 people when they serve food on massive wooden platters.Garlic bread came with main meals instead of as starters, one garlic bread was room temperature. Sweet potato fries had to be sent back, they were fridge cold.Server didn't care, no apology. She couldn't wait to get off shift. Maybe it had been a bad day.Atmosphere was pretty non-existence. Music came on and then went off.
