although we live in billericay essex . When we visit eastbourne we always eat at the Seafront Tandoori and as usual there is a very friendly ambience ,plenty of choice on the menu , good value , generous portions and superbly cooked.

We came on a Sunday evening as its 50% off, didn’t have to book and the food was delicious. That’s the good part. From sitting down to paying took nearly 2 hours, we weren’t in a rush but was hungry so waiting 40 mins between courses was uncomfortable. Our waiter hardly spoke. I said hello, how are you? got no reply. I asked again and got a grunt out of him. Wasn’t busy so be prepared for a very long wait when they are. Whilst in Eastbourne we went for dinner at this restaurant, which was around the corner from our hotel. It was a Thursday evening, so not too busy. We chose the chicken madras, chicken korma, plain rice, pilaf rice, a plain naan, a bottle of Cobra beer & a large coke. The food was delicious & flavoursome & served up hot to our table by our waiter. We really enjoyed our meal, which was very reasonably priced & would visit again.
