“We just popped in for a drink on a Sunday, 13th August, evening. There was a darts match in play, but the friendliness of everyone was so welcoming. Chap behind the bar was so friendly and helpful, really nice. Haven't tried the food although it has been recommended so will go back for that. Took a look around the outside area. It was amazing, very large, lots of seating, games, and plenty of umbrellas. Probably the most impressive pub garden I have seen in a long time, so clean and tidy too. Will definitely be visiting again, hopefully try the Sunday lunch.”

“Delicious lunch here in a beautiful and quirky pub. Very old and smells of wood fire upon entering. Cosy table in the corner which was lovely although not dark. Upstairs dining room looks amazing. Sod and chips was delicious. Lovely service and very friendly bar staff.”
