“A lovely, beamy, yet tastefully modernised pub with a huge grassy beer garden and friendly, super-efficient staff.
My boyfriend had the calzone which he said was amazing, I had the fish and chips which was unfortunately a bit soggy/ greasy. Generally though, we had a lovely evening here.”

“Booked for Sunday lunch with my family and mother who has recently moved to this area. Best Sunday lunch ever. We were a party of 5 plus dog (although I accidently booked for 6 - sorry again) and all loved the pub, garden, food and service. I am told by my sister who has lived in the area for many years that since the new owners took over, the pub is excellent, and I agree. Will definitely be back for Sunday lunch when I next visit my mum.”
