Perfect for a special lunch that's not too formal. Went for a friend's 88th birthday. Wasn't too sure due to some reviews but what a treat! Andreea's service was excellent. She heard the word birthday and organised for a candle for my friend, really sweet! My friend had the pie dish and was happy with it. We were a large group here (11 of us) to celebrate a 60th. The service and food was amazing. The staff were very friendly and efficient and all our drinks and food orders were taken and served up in a very reasonable time considering there was a lot of us, and the food was delicious. A* service (Julia)! As ever the locally sourced food and organic wine excellent. A firm family favourite, never disappoints. Book to avoid disappointment as often a busy yet comfortably laid out. Excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always above and beyond with the gluten free options for dad. Thank you so much.
