Nice to know that 85%of the food is sourced within 25 miles of the pub. Food and drinks were very good, topped of with great hospitality. Thanks for giving us a lovely evening Julia!
We went for Friday dinner with friends. You can access it from a good public footpath which certainly when the weather is good is worth doing "wealden walkway". Service was excellent as always. Thank you Julia for looking after us. Food was good, it's been better before so maybe an off night but don't get me wrong it's still well worth a visit. We absolutely love this pub, we have been quite a few times over the last couple of years and have never had a bad meal! The last few times we have been served by Julia who is always smiling, chatty and super helpful. She also always finds the time to interact with our little boy, which he loves! Always recommend this pub and the wonderful food!
