Made an online order and was told delivery would be 30 to 45 minutes. The delivery time kept changing and after an hour and a half I had to go to the shop as could not get through on the phone. Arrived at shop and was told order just being prepared. Complained about length of time with no delivery and half hearted apology was given and told they were extremely busy. Ordered food 30 minutes before close , was served food 20 minutes before close , and was told I had 10 minutes to eat it because they were closing ,Toilets were closed so I couldn’t wash my handsDon’t go to these corporate hell holes ,Soulless joints with staff looking like they’re in purgatory,

GRIM, take away 14 piece & chips.Chips in the bin as we're inedible. Chicken mostly legs all overcooked & greasy. Never had KFC in the last 10 years unlikely to have in the next 10 .AVOID
