I would recommend Bake Out as the staff are lovely and the food is good. But…in the 8 weeks I’ve been coming to you, I’ve had numerous mistakes that I’ve not encountered at other establishments on the frequency I’ve had with yourselves. I ask for skimmed milk and get semi-skimmed, I order 2 croissants and get 1, order a sandwich with a coffee but the sandwich is missed. amazing selection of vegan and vegetarian food, all delicious!! customer service was faultless and i had a lovely chat with the staff. Amazing establishment, owner and staff should be proud!!

Delicious bakery, top class croissants, Danish pastries and cakes. They have a great range of artisan breads and sandwiches. Call in, grab an excellent coffee, maybe a cake or two and sit in the outside seating area so you can 'people watch' on Lewes's pedestrianised shopping street in the sun.
