Bad on the app it said it was going to Deliver but they rang up saying they don't deliver and the man in the phone said I will get my money back in 2 to 3 hours and then I got a message say they will give back my money to 3 to 5 working days and I'm not happy and they where really rude on the phone

Shame as we bought from here all the time but we ordered on just eat and waited nearly two hours , we started ringing them and just said user busy , we finally got through and they said our address is wrong even tho it was not and said we would either have to cancel or re order ? just awful service tbh they obviously couldn’t be bothered to deliver this evening.

Should be closed down after reading most of these reviews to be honest , we waited nearly two hours for a delivery, until we started ringing them to ask where it was, the line was busy for 20 minutes, when we finally got through they said our address was wrong which it was not and they said all we can do is cancel the order or order again ? literally the most awful customer service just ridiculous. Obviously just couldn’t be bothered to make or deliver our food this evening.

I was very impressed by the taste and quality of food. Very nicely cooked. The chicken was not soggy and the chips were crisp and perfect! I the cheeseburger was perfect and just what I needed. Will definitely come back here.

Ordered last night on deliveroo , easy enough , food was slightly early considering was quite a large order. Food was ***** amazing , tried normal and spicy fries both delicious, jubilee burger was out of this world though only reservation was there is no option to have spicy burger on deliveroo page. 1/2lb beef burger tasty as was chicken and spicy wings.Great food great service ?????

Place looked dirty the staff were rude didnt acknowledge i was even there i tried to order a meal but the person who i think is now the manager couldnt understand me he then came over to me and asked abruptly what to you want i was surprised by his attitude he then turned around and spoke to his colleagues in indian but what he didnt realise is that i am half indian and can understand what they were saying and it wasnt nice the other manager about a year ago was so nice i wont be going there again

Absolutely awful take away restaurant….man spoke really badly to me after my delivery did not turn up. They did not want to help me in the restaurant and were ignorant to my questions. Said my order was damaged after an 1hr 3/4 wait. ?????
