We went there on two occasions as we were staying at the Blue Cap Farm campsite. Really lovely and friendly staff who helped us get a taxi on a Sunday! Very tasty and generous portions for Sunday Roast. Also very clean loos. A great pub.
I would like to thank all the staff but Jess in particular for going the extra mile for our little gathering last evening….. it was no mean feat sorting us all out and the meals were very good. There was a small comment that the scouse stew was a little too liquid…soup like…but still tasty…. But it was a lovely evening…thank you x

Went for an evening meal which was great! Really good choice for GF and excellent service. Food was prompt to arrive, tasty and attentive staff. Especially enjoyed meeting Duncan! Good value, plenty of parking, no negatives from us!
