I have been a very good customer for years now. Ordered a takeaway last night and payed by card, i got told it didn't work so I payed cash. I checked my online banking and have been charged twice. Phoned them and was told someone would be round to refund me and no one turned up. Il be poppy g to the shop today to collect my money.
Been using Laindon Centre Kebab for years way back when it was in the old Laindon shopping centre ,for us as a family personally it is the best kebab ever and I had fussy children and still fussy adult men, but I never complain about this kebab shop. We even moved over near clay hill road and they still deliver to us. Yes you do have to wait sometimes possibly over a hour Fridays over the weekend but that’s reasonable they’re going to be much busier as it party weekends party...read full review

Started off with a miss delivered order... it was late and they were busy (think it went to another house, thanks for whoever received it and wasn't honest!!)However we called up the next day and when we re ordered, we got a free bottle of pepsi, and are chicken shish kebabs, were upgraded to large.. the chicken was tender and the salad was lush.Problems happen, but they sure made up for it. Defo be going back again soon
