I was feeling a little down on my visit this morning and ray the young man on the till asked after my day and gave me a smile helped find alternative product to the one I needed he gave a wait time and stuck to it he was so good to the two young females working with him so kind and patient what a lovely experience
Standard Costa. service was a little lacking, called back to till to pick up coffees Indiividually and then again 2 separate times to pick up food, most cost's make you wait for the drinks and bring the food to you

Went to this particular branch of Costa today have to say the staff were friendly helpful and efficient Roy/ray I think his name is was so good at running the counter area he was so good with the two young coffee servers he offered a gentleman an alternative to the product he required as he didn't have the original product. The wait times were minimal 2 minutes the most he even informed the customers of the wait times
