Took my two girls to this Harvester this evening. My youngest has a severe allergy to tomato and red pepper. Naomi was outstanding and listening to the allergy details and then making recommendations. We've been to other Harvesters lots, but this was the first time we'd had the offer of a salad bowl being put together from the kitchen, to avoid cross-contamination at the main salad bar.Kudos to Alan in the kitchen too - for making the effort to wipe down and clean before prepping the food - not something we expected to hear about - but was so refreshing to hear from Naomi that they were hearing us.It's not often you get this sort of attention to an allergy that isn't that common and rarely listed out on menus. We do our own research before going to a place - but this evening we didn't have to - and that's all down to the beyond excellent service from Naomi and Alan. Thank you for making our meal so easy and lovely! A credit to the team. Kim was absolutely amazing with our family today, we have 3 children a little boy who is 14 months old who has (dairy & melon allergies) he also took a liking to her beautiful bracelets, she was lovely with him and made sure we were happy that all of our sons food was free of dairy contact. Our 2 daughters 9 & 11 she was also very good with, our 11 year old is autistic and likes to have things in a very certain way. Kim made sure all our needs as a family were met, we feel she was very calm, patient and understanding and she deserves all the praise and acknowledgement as she really did make such a difference. Kim thank you very much for making our experience a very happy and positive one xx
