We phoned up to ask for the garlic seasoning to be put on our pizzas (it should be anyway but the last two times we had ordered it had been missed). Delivery was over an hour and a half late. We drove to the restaurant to pick up our order but was told it was already on its way. Garlic seasoning was missed. Was told we could get a 50% discount on our next order. Very quick service, dealt very kindly when I accidentally ordered the wrong pan pizza. Order ready for collection within 20 minutes. Really happy with my experience - thank you Pizza Hut!

Lovely food. Nearly always come when time ordered for. Should check to make sure have right pizzas. We had right toppings but wrong base. Had thin crust when it was meant to be pan. Tried phoning up to complain but no one was answering phone
