Had my Baby shower here for afternoon tea what I asked for and was beautiful, can’t fault this pub. Was so lovely and thanks for making it special for me. Even made mocktails my favourite.
Despite all the bitter reviews I myself have taken several friends to the blacksmiths over the last 9 years and always had a lovely atmosphere with great prices! The food is absolutely fantastic lots of choice on the menu and very quick service. on one occasion my friends commented how great for value it was and delicious. Great pub, has everything you would want. Didn't try the food but it looked and smelled good. Really reasonable prices, nicely decorated.. has a great outside seating area plus a kids' play area. Seperate pool room, bar where you can watch sports and a dining room.. it was amazing, actually. I wish it was my local.
