Went in winter time, cosy place. Good menu. I had a salad which was huge and delicious. Partner had a cheese sandwich which was standard. Owner has 2 friendly dogs which are in the place. Well priced. Would go again.
A wonderful, very special restaurant. We had a fantastic afternoon tea in celebration of a milestone birthday. The quality of the sandwiches, cakes and scones was outstanding with much careful thought given to the presentation and flavour combinations. But what makes this place so wonderful is the fantastic team. Poppys Barn really is a gem and worth a visit be it for breakfast; lunch or afternoon tea.
