As a delivery driver every time I come to this shop they make me come inside even though they have a drop box for delivery slowing down the whole process making me loos time and money when I asked the mannaged why he reply that's how we do it here and seems OK with the fact that drop box is full or bags

I wanted to send a huge thank you to a member of your team Paul who works at the Colchester Connect BP. Last Saturday 18th I was taking my first solo drive in a new car from London to Southwold when an hour in my light flashed to say low pressure had been detected in my tyres. I stopped at a garage to put air in but when getting one of the back wheels the air pump wasn’t seeming to work properly so I went to the next garage which was the Connect BP. I started putting air in again all fine until this back tyre and at this point air was coming out faster then going in so I asked another person who said they thought my valve was faulty. I was very stressed as I’d never experienced this before so went in to the garage and Paul came to help me. He took a look and said the same thing about the valve and by this point it was so flat it needed changing, something I’d never done before either so he undertook the task of changing it for me! He did this in the rain but unfortunately the tyre wouldn’t come off so I had to call out the RAC. Whilst I was waiting he made me a tea, got me a seat to sit on inside so I wouldn’t get cold and was just really kind and friendly making me feel at ease! I am so grateful to Paul who helped me in a time of need when I was super stressed and didn’t know what to do and wanted to share my thanks! He’s a credit to the team at Colchester and I honestly couldn’t thank him enough :)

Went there twice this evening very low in petrol at 12.24pm shut, drive around colchester looking for open petrol station none open, tesco Hythe shut despite saying open online, as was every petrol station nearby. Drive back to BP after 40 minutes of driving around looking and still shut at 1.20am phoned them whilst outside explained I had 0 miles left to be told be eastern European lady not my fault our card payment is down!!!! No offer of help or we could take cash if u draw it out from our cash machine. Very disappointed with lack of customer service and even worse they still had lights on advertising falsely to whole of A12 traffic that they are open when they shut it off to public at 12.20pm

Pulled in for fuel in early hours Thursday 30th after a long flight and was a little tired, got charged for a coffee that I didn't order!Only noticed when I got home and looked at the receipt.
Nothing against the petrol station, but with much cheaper petrol about a mile away I'm going there instead. "shrugs*

Good sized site. but only had 1 person serving I waited in line for a coffee when I got to the front of the line I was told one machine isn't working and the other is being cleaned. also why is there only 2 EV Charge points? madness

why put yourself on food delivery apps when you always cancel the orders???? 5 orders cancelled, no reason given.
