I wanted to send a huge thank you to a member of your team Paul who works at the Colchester Connect BP. Last Saturday 18th I was taking my first solo drive in a new car from London to Southwold when an hour in my light flashed to say low pressure had been detected in my tyres. Good sized site. but only had 1 person serving I waited in line for a coffee when I got to the front of the line I was told one machine isn't working and the other is being cleaned. also why is there only 2 EV Charge points? madness
