we were the only ones in at around at the time (13.30) ish. they allow well behaved dog's which was great.food was good .beer good, staff verypleasant, what more could you want?...ah yes i think its also sports bar pub. happy days?
Great play areaUPDATE: The outside area seems to need some attention since the last time I visited, always found it a pleasant place to sit and chill in the sun, but the grass is in dire need of a cut, benches and play area could do with some treatments, it's just looking a little forgotten, which is a shame, hope they get it sorted for summer.

Lovely relaxed carvery, with easy going, tasty food... including gluten free gravy ?. We needed to find somewhere that could accommodate a big group of us (13) and they were easily able to do so. Would highly recommend.
