Had to wait an hour for my waffles when I last visited here. The shop looked understaffed and too many customers were there. Cookie Dough-chi was the one i liked the most, the waffle was hard and I couldn’t finish it. Decorations and atmosphere were really good. Also food presentation was great! Drinks were on point. Hope the issues will be sorted soon.
We sat on a Friday night around 7.30pm. We were quickly seated and the place was clean and attractive. It took a while to place an order, however our waitress was very pleasant. Our desserts took longer than expected to arrive, but when they came they were freshly made and delicious. I visited Heavenly Dessert with my siblings, and it was challenging to choose from their extensive range of desserts. Fortunately, I got to taste some from my siblings' orders, and the presentation was top-notch. I loved it.
