Couple of times now never received our orders, they don’t seem bothered about it really and nightmare waiting for a refund.Shame because the food is usually ok.Had been asked to ring back as per below statement from The Family Pizza Alresford to discuss which I did, but apparently the manger was too busy to speak ! lol
Used this place for our sons 7th birthday order (at Wivernwood). Made the order of 5 very large pizzas a couple of days before and added chicken nuggets on the day. The pizzas were fresh and very tasty, as were the nuggets (incredible infact). Still piping hot by the time I got everything to the venue. The kids all loved the food (as did the adults). Well done “Family Pizza Company” we would certainly recommend you ?

Average at best very expensive. Pizza on the greasy side.Price does not reflect the quality. Cheesy wedges are £5.49 plus an added 50p service charge at checkout!!! I think this is a bit unfair for a fairly small portion of cheesy wedges... rather make my own.
