Booked a table online and received email confirmation. Arrived and waited at the entrance desk and basically no one came over. Eventually a lady did and seemed quite put out and questioned the booking so showed her the email. She took us to a table upstairs tucked away in the corner which wasn’t set up or clean. We had a wonderful time. The food was amazing. We had the King Prawn Spiedini and couldnt believe it when they brought it out to us...amazing!! We also had the Pizza Pinoli....it was delicious. The atmosphere was lovely. We will return. Thank you so much.
We walked in to Zizzi to get lunch on a rainy Sunday, as everywhere else in town was so busy. We were glad they let us sit upstairs as they were busy. The staff were efficient taking our order and getting drinks but when the starter came the pizza dough was raw in the middle. At first I thought it was might be the 'melting mozzarella and garlic' but it was just lots of raw dough! I sent it back and received another one which was cooked but had very little mozzarella or garlic...read full review
