Whilst the coffee and cakes are what you expect from a Starbucks, the state of the sitting area is not. Really pretty dirty. The floor had rubbish on it, some of the seating was really mucky. Rather disappointed.Revisited after some time. I'm not the only customer here at the moment who agrees that this is one of the worst Starbucks that we've been to. Nobody seems to know what they are doing, they get orders wrong despite you having to wait for ages. Yes it is still very dirty...read full review

I love Starbucks Epping! The new team is doing a wonderful job. The old staff members are also brilliant.They always remember my order, and it's so dog-friendly - they're super kind to my furry friend. Highly recommended!
