Have eaten here a couple of times. Last 2 times the uns on my burgers were stale nit good at all !!! Always s chool kids blocking entrance or just sitting inside that haven't ordered anything.
It's honestly a pretty nice place, the food is what you expect from a BK and the service was quick enough. I wouldn't give 5 just because I've never seen service with a smile in this place, that's all.

Clean, well organised shop floor with friendly, excellent customer service.\\nCoffee machine was not working which can happen, friendly staff offered me alternative drinks available. Very good experience- if you like Burger King, then this Burger King at Grays town center is a must visit.
