Took my kids for a day out to Grays beach. The manager/owner was very rude to her staff, who looked no more than 14/15 years old. I was quite concerned for their safety as they were preparing and frying the chips in the big deep fryer..like I said they looked quite young. When the manager could see that I wasn't happy with the way she was barking orders at them, she tried to laugh it off. I could see that the kids working there were not happy. It adds to the vibes in grays beach itself with music from Asia mostly playing out from the speakers outside giving that holiday feeling . The food and drink is good and affordable , but standing out is the ice cream which if you are old enough to remember is up to mr whippy standards or walls . Delicious!

Prices need to be lowered dramatically for the standard of food served. Portion size could do with a boost. Wait times half an hour for food to be served. New owners are polite and chatty but seriously need to rethink pricing and portions
