Had a lovely time with all the family. Unlimited breakfast and kids eat free, our waitress jade, was amazing, completely on her own on a Saturday morning and wasn't left waiting once, very kind and friendly really enjoyed out morning out.
Booked a table for 7 of us for my sons 12th birthday dinner, our server Maddie was amazing. She decorated our table with ballon and banners we had taken in and wished my son a happy birthday as soon as he walked in. Maddie and the manager Jade brought out our puddings and had wrote happy birthday on my sons plate with chocolate and a candle in his dessert and sang happy birthday to him. Food took ages BUT their server Maddie was AMAZING. They updated us on wait times, kept apologising about the wait to us and all other tables around. There was no manager in sight and to be fair, there was no need for them to come out. Maddie deserves so much recognition after this busy period is over and hope they accept the job offer that ive given them ? they are the future of customer service and any company would be so lucky to have an employee like Maddie
