This was a Family visit whilst staying at local holiday park We dined at this restaurant after viewing the website and decided it looked nice and spacious for a party of eight which included a toddler. The service was good and food was very tasty and well cooked, not much food was left from any of our party! Wanted to visit for a while, wasn't disappointed, pretty garden for pre lunch drinks, lovely staff, carvery for lovely & good value, meat eaters said the meat was fab, my veggie carvery was great, helped me with allergies. Will definitely visit plenty more times!
Great for lunch, as a wedding venue it has beautiful period features, and outside space. There is grand formal dining room with unbelievably stunning huge crystal chandelier, or informal bar diving. Excellent chips, pies and food generally, their desserts not for me.
