Popped in for an early dinner. Place was empty bar 2 other customers. The meal I ordered was not available. Which begs the question, why let me order it?There was nothing else I fancied, so had a drink. Left and went to Old Leigh instead.Disappointing.
Went for a lunchtime treat and it was lovely. Staff pleasant, friendly and helpful if a little uninformed. Food was very good and gluten free options were lovely. Well priced. Overall very lovely lunchDietary restrictions: Gluten free options were great. Loved the dippers for starter.

Can’t praise this enough. Food was delicious with huge portions. Only the Christmas menu was available, which has limited choices, but we were all happy with the selection, and the price was very good (£25 for two courses or £30 for three). Will definitely return in the New Year.
