We went here for lunch today after a walk around Maldon. This was the first time we had visited and will definitely be going back. Food was tasty, staff were friendly and lunch was good value for money.
Paid Sophie's a visit early March and have to say we had a very nice brunch, all freshly made and very tasty, only thing to mention it seemed there was only one serving in the main, another behind the counter taking orders and obviously the payments, who eventually did a bit of serving by spotting ours had been on the serving hatch for a while longer than could have been (good job it was a cold order if it had been a hot order I think it may have been refused). Fabulous little coffee shop, with really pleasant staff and service. Offering a wide range of drinks and eats, fresh, well filled sandwiches and side salad with crisps at very reasonable prices. Not our first visit, and certainly not our last.
