This is has been the third time to Charcoal and Earth. It was a delightful culinary delight that captured the essence of Turkish cuisine. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff and genuine friendliness was noticeable making us feel like honoured guests.The traditional Turkish dishes were bursting with taste and richness leaving an indelible mark on our taste buds. Had dinner tonight with a few pals. Never been before and chose the Christmas platter at £30 a head for hot starter ,main and dessert.All very fresh & tasty and the very generous platters nearly had us beat. Front of house guy was very friendly and pleasant at all times. Well worth a visit ?

Visited for lunch with my daughter, the waiter who served us was so polite and friendly, he made us feel very welcome. The food came out quickly and was delicious as always. This is definitely my favourite Turkish to come to in Rayleigh, it’s also very affordable, everything from the service to the food and the decor of this restaurant is spot on. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
