Had a lovely meal here today after a lovely day at Maldon..staff were so accommodating even when my daughter was unwell, i cant thank you enough for all your help in making sure she felt better. Our boys enjoyed the childrens play area with the bouncy castle. Would 100% recommend here!! Food was brilliant especially for our eldest who ate the rump steak!! Thank you for having us today
A friendly welcome to all 16 of us, rocking up thirsty and hungry on a Saturday afternoon after a 10 mile hike, around the South Woodham Ferrers area. Bar service was polite and efficient, with reasonable prices on wines and beers. Good quality food, expertly cooked and presented: ham egg and chips, scampi and burgers all recommended. Great cod & chips !!!Father & Girl Friend had lamb on the bone from specials board.Lovely food in a nice setting . Not to busy because of weather being hot . Friendly helpful staff 10 out of 10 .
