Always a great night out here, food is lovely.Sometimes there can be a language barrier as we might call something different to their staff know it as.But nothing to put me off going.
We visited about 5:30pm, shortly after it opened. Iâm sure there used to be a huge âserve yourselfâ buffet, and itâs still described as an âall you can eat buffetâ. But now you order from a menu with a notice that you will be charged extra for any waste⌠The first starters we ordered took a while to come, yet when they did they had clearly been pre-cooked then nuked to over an inch of their lives. We went on a Tuesday night, unaware of the recent bad reviews. We went for a family dinner. Our starters came quickly, and so did our mains and seconds. We never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes. The food was piping hot, and tasted good, apart from the chicken sweetcorn soup which was quite salty. The staff were attentive, and we didnât struggle to catch their attention. Couldnât fault Zen City, apart from the overly salty soup.
