Quite possibly the best Greggs I've ever been to. In fact it's probably the best in the country. I often wonder if there are National Greggs awards because if there was I'd nominate this branch. Maureen's always so happy when I pop in for a sausage roll.
I'm usually a supporter of local indie and family run eateries and avoid the chains and corporates cluttering up the high street. But Greggs offers such exceptional value, extensive menu options and freshly prepared sandwiches, bakes and cakes - it's impossible to resist a visit..
I recommend Greggs on the basis that they are consistent. Service here is very efficient and great if you're the thrifty type.This outlet has limited floor space but all the social distancing boundaries are clearly in place. If you are a die hard coffee connoisseur perhaps walk on by :)
