My parents reported:- Good service - lovely fish - naff chips. They were horrible - hard, just small, scrappy bits, not a decent size chip of any substance among them - not as one would expect 'fish and chip shop' chips to be. Could not eat them - very disappointing.
Very small portions for a very high price. Fish tasted drenched in oil and pie was just microwaved and everything but nice. Wouldn't recommend. Oil always looks brown like it's been in there forever. Do not recommend

By far the best fish and chips I've ever had, the owners are friendly and are great at thier jobs. I've become a regular and often give tips for such great service and quality for money. Portion sizes are great too
