Every dish was bursting with authentic flavor, beautifully presented, and perfectly spiced. You can truly taste the passion and skill that goes into each plate.
A special mention goes to Raj and the chef, who made the entire experience unforgettable. Raj’s warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home, while the chef’s culinary talent took Indian cuisine to another level. From the fragrant curries to the freshly baked naan, everything was exceptional.
If you’re looking for genuine Indian flavors and top-notch service, this place is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back!

Bellropes Countryside Retreat
Maldon Rd, Bradwell-on-Sea, SouthminsterIt is a large house,with many rooms spectacular river views,this time of year take gnat midge cream,it has array of board games,massive kitchen dining table,massive Lounge tv ,very nice ideal for big family .out of the way directions,but well worth the trip 30mins careful drive to Maldon a couple of villages with petrol diesel,and goods churches,pubs .

The Station Arms
39 Station Rd, SouthminsterA wonderful cosy weatherboarded pub with a lovely beer garden. A large selection of very well kept local and regional cask ales. There is live music in the form of monthly blues and also folk music nights. There is no food though. A real gem of a pub and worth the journey there

Goldsands Rd, SouthminsterLovely homecooked food. Craft beers, ales and ciders. Local honey for sale. Friendly warm atmosphere. Quiz nights each month. Definately worth a visit! We will be back.

2 High St, SouthminsterHad a fantastic English breakfast at this traditional pub (the hash browns were a highlight). Staff were friendly and happy to accommodate some swaps given I was vegetarian. Definitely stop by here if you're visiting Southminster

17 High St, SouthminsterThe food is fast. Hot. Delicious. Perfectly seasoned or sweet etc. Massive chicken balls. Reasonably priced. 5 of us ate for £57. Favourite dish was crispy chilli beef. Moorish and naughty. But, if you're ordering Chinese it's unlikely you're calories counting!
