It was quite quiet when I entered, but the staff really rushed my order, started putting Lettuce on my sub, before I had even asked for anything, nearly toasting my sub without asking and not listening right away when I was trying to tell them, only charging me for one sub, because the 2nd one had come along.I also didn't get handed my cookies that I had paid for and had to go back to ask.Once I unpacked my subway it had only been halfway cut in half, so I had to try to rip it...read full review

The Staff of this place is amazing! I'm an NHS worker. Me and my partner are regular customers coming in most weeks. We ordered via ubereats and it arrived on time with all our extra add one that we usually have, despite asking for lots of extra changes AND.. they gave us two free cookies with a little note for being regular customers! Great customer service ?? we'll be ordering again soon! Day made :)

I always have a pleasant experience at this Subway. One of the workers, a lovely gentleman, always greets my wife and I with a smile and, if she goes in without me, always asks where I am. He is truly a delight. They have social distancing markers on the floor and a one way system. Was a bit disappointed to see two customers in line without fave coverings, but understand the workers might not be allowed to challenge people without them. Always great and speedy service.
