Charged £10.50 for a non alcoholic GnT which is outrageously expensive? Ordered the cheesy fries too and had a very small portion, BUT they were absolutely delicious. Only reason for a 3 star and not a 1/2 is because their Guinness was nothing shy of 10/10.
Went for Xmas Roast with family…. And the pub was extremely busy …. All Staff were friendly and accommodating - service with a smile …. Couldn’t do enough for us …. Food plentiful and excellent quality …. Would recommend and will be returning in the new year !!! Best pub in the area for food and staff Crackers and candles - nice touch Thank You Team Badger Merry Xmas

Weekday lunchtime isn't going to be the best atmosphere in a country pub but it was a pleasant space for a joint birthday lunch.Service was good the menu could have been any pub's and the Specials Board had only two options. Both quite similar to things already on the normal menu.The food was okay, very similar to a pub we lunched in last week only rather more expensive.
