Well... we stopped here on the off chance at lunch time in the hope of s free table for a spot of lunch. And were very happily met by a young lady who showed us to a lovely table by the fire. I had a burger( possibly one of the best I've eaten in a long time. And my wife had fish. Both meals were excellent, outstanding infact, with two drinks for under 50 pounds, wich in today's money was what I call value for money. Beautiful restaurant. Went for my 30th birthday. Staff were lovely. Addressed as "Sir/Ma'am". This was nice, the vocabulary used by staff was stunning, really made the step up from other restaurants.Food was lovely, so helpful with me being a very beige picky vegetarian.Completely perfect.And dog friendly! So my boy could be there too ❤️

The view was beautiful , on the plus side because it was cold they had a wood burner. The portions were too big for us but I am sure that is a good point for most peopleParking: They are busy making it bigger so all good
