We stopped in Newent in the middle of a long drive, to try and find some lunch, and we're lucky enough to discover Errol's Courtyard cafe. It was perfect for our family - kid's foodbox, sausage sandwich for the growing lad, panini for Dad, and chips and salad for me. Good coffee, friendly staff, everyone was welcoming to children, and amazingly cheap if you're used to Oxford city centre prices. We will definitely stop here again (and there's even a board game museum next door to investigate while you wait for your food).

Best cafe ever! Food is always cooked to perfection, bacon, brie and cranberry panini is the business. The nicest people.

Great coffee and food served with a smile and very reasonably priced too. Lovely courtyard at the back to sit out in on a warm, sunny day. We'll definitely be returning.
