Highly recommend the Malthouse , outstanding service and the most friendly staff . The best pool table in thornbury and amazing offers on drinks . Couldn’t fault the pub or the owners one bit.
I felt like I needed to write a review because I was so impressed with how the landlady and landlord managed to sort out such a lovely evening for my nans birthday. Me and my family were meant to be going for a meal at a restaurant down the road and when we got there they said they didn’t have a booking. Even though we had email confirmation. Fantastic pub, landlord and landlady really tried to do everything they could for a large family outing we had. Staff are extremely friendly and we have now found our new local. My Grandad also loves sport and the staff were brilliant in making sure he got to watch his game!!
