Greg's is a great source of British Street Food. None of your trendy fake "Artisan" nonsense with high prices. (🕠Pizza slices not recommended, although I tried 2 at different branches.) Great value food with a slightly cultish place in the hearts of the nation. 😋
This is a nice branch of Greggs. The doors are wide and welcoming and there are the usual choices of Greggs goods. I rang ahead to check if there were any Belgian buns left as it was nearly closing time. A chap answered the phone politely and kindly offered to keep one aside for me. When I arrived, the staff were polite, cheery and helpful even though it was nearly 6pm. The store is clean, tidy and organised. I made my purchase quite happily and left. I never leave reviews but I just had to comment on the lady working in Greggs today (3.11.23 at 4pm)… she was so lovely and smiley and we walked out feeling so happy!! We didn’t catch her name but we appreciate your amazing energy!
