A large chain with over 1000 cafes, all in Europe with the majority in the UK. They have a good range of sandwiches ? and pastries ?. I like their bacon ciabatta ? for breakfast. Soup, pasta and fruit salad are other items definitely worth purchasing.
The staff are normally very friendly however as long as you don't ask for the air conditioning to be turned down !!you get spoken too as if you're mad!!! As if you request is completely outrageous!!This isn't Spain or Turkey,I can understand when we get hot days in London for the conditioning to be on, but not when it's 22 degrees outside!I've got to bring my own jacket only to wear it inside cafe Nero because it feels like a fridges!I am told company policy to have the air conditioning...read full review

Regularly get my coffee here, I order ahead with the app and the coffee is often ready when I arrive which is fantastic service. Of the different mainstream coffee chains I think that Nero tastes the best, reasonably priced as well
